Be inspired by my favourite travel destinations
Having travelled extensively with my family over the past 30 years, I now help others with their travel plans – whether it’s a luxury escape or a business trip.

Dubai
We’ve been travelling to Dubai since 2002 – and have seen tremendous change over the past 20 years! But, my favourite thing is the fantastic weather – making it an excellent all-year-round destination. Also, it’s a great place to have a stopover if travelling to Australia or the Indian Ocean.
Renowned for its great mix of luxurious hotels with pristine beaches and unparalleled service, Dubai also offers authentic desert Bedouin experiences – that are not to be missed. You can also cruise out of Dubai and along the UAE.
Top travel tip: the cost per night can be significantly less than a 5-star hotel.
My favourite resorts are the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray on the Palm and the Al Maha

Caribbean
My love of the Caribbean started with cruising but then developed into returning to my favourite spots like St Lucia, Barbados and St Maarten.
They are such beautiful destinations made even better by the warm and welcoming locals. And, on a practical note, as many of the islands are in the south, they are rarely affected by the hurricane season.
Top travel tip: make the most of the amazing deals you can grab from May to October!
I would highly recommend hiring a car, even if just for a couple of days – it’s so easy to drive around the islands. Driving is the best way to feel like a local and just stop off when you see something interesting.
Have you cruised the Caribbean and now feel like you have done it all? Consider a smaller cruise ship that will take you to islands and ports off-limits to the larger ships.

Lake Garda – Italy
The Italian lakes have some of the most stunning scenery with the backdrop of rugged mountains and quaint towns. Of course, my love of Italian food and wine helps me adore it here – as I can take in the view with an aperitif in hand.
My favourite spots are the towns of Sirmione, Malcesine and Limone – which you can easily visit as getting around is simple with the numerous ferries. You can also take a train to Verona and Venice – which is easily accessible from the south of the island. Every time I visit Lake Garda, I want to explore much more of Italy – which is very possible!
As for accommodation, you will find smaller authentic and more boutique-style hotels around the lake (rather than large hotel chains), which adds a unique charm to the place.
This romantic destination is perfect for couples – and I have arranged many weddings for both Lake Garda and Lake Como.
